Problem
npm run check:links reports the five /dump/ data links as broken.
check:links runs astro build && lychee --root-dir dist … dist. scripts/compile.ts writes the .jsonl bodies, aliases.json, and datapackage.json, and it runs only in the second half of npm run build. After a bare astro build, dist/dump/ holds index.html only.
Suggested fix
Run the data build before lychee, or exclude the /dump/ data paths from the link check.
Found during review of #127. Not caused by that PR.
