Most people don’t know about the rules. The text that describes them are hidden in the sidebar, only accessible via a link in the edit message or the small info-button in top left corner.
Suggestion: What if we made the rules sidebar always shown when in edit mode? But make it so it isn’t “overlayed” like it normally is, meaning it should be able to interact with map while still having the rules open.
