fix(docker): COPY binary from non-cached path (image build red on main)#58

…ral mount The build RUN cp's the binary to /app/watcher-server precisely because the /app/target cache mount is ephemeral, but the final stage still COPY'd from /app/target/release/watcher-server — empty after the RUN — so the image build failed: "/app/target/release/watcher-server: not found". Point COPY at the cp'd path the comment already describes.

main's
imagejob fails:/app/target/release/watcher-server: not found. Thetargetis a BuildKit cache mount (ephemeral), so the RUNcp's the binary to/app/watcher-server— but the final stage stillCOPY'd from the mount path. One-line fix: COPY from/app/watcher-server(the path the RUN comment already says it's cp'ing to).
