Summary
RUMI is built in Go on the LINA kit, a stateless Go module vendored from a LINA release tag. The
rumiengine and CLI ship as static binaries, the RUMI app ships therumibinary with its native UI, and the supply-chain rules follow LINA's Go module policy.Verification
