Summary

Groups ghcr.io/thundersquared/n8n and n8nio/runners into a single Renovate PR so their versions stay in step. This uses the same setup as the existing Mailflow rule (separateMajorMinor: false).

Notes

• Both images are on the automerge list from chore(renovate): automerge patch and digest updates for selected images #527. The grouped PR automerges only when every update in it is patch or digest. An n8n minor bump waits for review.
• This doesn't fix the current mismatch (n8n 2.42.6, runners 2.43.3). The two line up once both reach their latest version.
• renovate-config-validator --strict passes.
