fix(scrutiny): pin v0.9.5-omnibus release instead of master-omnibus - #33

Tracks tagged Scrutiny releases so the store version follows upstream (0.9.5 via version_prefix/version_suffix) and Renovate proposes release bumps instead of moving-branch digest refreshes. Drops master-omnibus from the moving-tag rule and the counter-version note. master-omnibuschannel to the taggedv0.9.5-omnibusrelease (the latest release). It is pinned to the manifest-list digestsha256:6ee271ee5314…, which covers amd64 and arm64.x-casaos.versionnow follows the image tag:version_prefix: "v"andversion_suffix: "-omnibus"turn it into0.9.5, the same way Tailscale and Mosquitto work. This replaces the1.0.0counter version.master-omnibusis removed from the moving-tag rule. Scrutiny now gets normal release bumps with the 1-day wait.1.0.0to0.9.5. If anyone already installed the app from the published store at1.0.0, ZimaOS won't offer an update until Scrutiny releases something above 1.0.0.
