Mirrors the float4_e2m1_unpacked design (#47): 8-bit-container storage
tags typing CUTLASS float_e2m3_unpacksmem_t / float_e3m2_unpacksmem_t,
the smem forms consumed by the f8f6f4 / mxf8f6f4 paths (TMA
16U6_ALIGN16B). Registers custom codes 132/133 with bits==8 invariants,
predicates (is_float6 widened symmetrically with is_float4), factory
ctors, and script-builder entries.
