On line 52 it's said that only Party Leader can talk to quest NPCs to proceed through quests, but it's been changed a few versions ago, now party members can talk to quest NPCs as well, and it does progress quests as well.

I'm not sure which spelling of Helgen would be more appropriate, "Гельген", or "Хельген".

I didn't notice anything odd otherwise.

Well, the party leader text is a direct translation of the one in en.json, as specified in the official documentation for adding translations.

"PARTY_LEADER_TALK": "Only the party leader can talk to quest NPCs to progress quests."

I took the translation of Helgen as "Гельген" from the "Ukrainian Localization OPN" mod, although I misspelled the name, as it should be "Гельґен".
