Fixing airdrop retry timing

OBC::connectAirdrop() says it retries in three seconds when socket creation fails, but the loop retries immediately. A persistent failure can spin and flood the logs.

TODO

• A failed socket creation waits about three seconds before retrying.
• A successful attempt continues immediately.
• The log message matches the actual retry behavior.
