Remove the GitHub Actions deploy job - #22

Conversation
Railway's GitHub integration already builds and deploys every push to main. The Actions job deployed the same commit a second time, needed a RAILWAY_TOKEN secret the repository never had, and so failed on every merge (#17, #19, #20) while the site itself deployed fine. The workflow keeps the build check on pull requests and pushes, and is renamed from deploy.yml to build.yml; its check is still called Build. The README now says that Railway deploys main.

Why
Every merge to
mainshows a failed Deploy to Railway check (#17, #19, #20), even though the site deploys fine.main. Its GitHub integration (railway-app[bot]) builds the Dockerfile and deploys every push. For Update the docs for TuringDB 3.0.2 #20 it deployed4b73823successfully at 15:52 UTC, and the live site serves the new docs.railway up. It needs aRAILWAY_TOKENsecret that the repository never had, at repo or environment level. So it stopped at its first step every time. What
.github/workflows/deploy.ymlbecomesbuild.yml, named Build.main:npm run gen,tsc --noEmit, the anchor test, npm run buildand the page-count check.index.htmlartifact upload that only fed its smoke test.main, and drop theRAILWAY_TOKENinstructions.After merging
productiondeployment entries from earlier runs remain in the repository's deployment history. New merges won't add more.productionandstagingGitHub environments are no longer used by any workflow and can be deleted in the repository settings.
