bypass is a test-only HTTP mock but was declared without an env restriction, so its cowboy/plug stack compiled into dev and prod builds and propagated to every consumer of the published package. finch was added alongside the webhook block but never wired up: the webhook client sets no adapter, so Tesla has always run on its default :httpc. finch had no references anywhere in the project. Prune lockfile entries that are no longer in the dependency tree: gradient, gradient_macros, gradualizer, date_time_parser, castore, opentelemetry_semantic_conventions.
