Summary

Python 3.15 is final: 3.15.0 shipped on 2026-10-09, and 3.15.2 is the current patch release. This PR raises the tested and declared maximum from the previous ceiling to 3.15. The requires-python floor (>=3.9) and its CI job are unchanged.

  • ci.yml: the matrix changes from 3.9, 3.13, 3.14 to 3.9, 3.13, 3.15.
  • pyproject.toml: adds the Programming Language :: Python :: 3.15 classifier.
  • AGENTS.md: the CI description now names 3.15.

Validation

CI on this PR runs the existing test suite on Python 3.15.
