feat(landing): MakeItLast directory badge in the footer (D64) - #110

A followed link to makeitla.st under the footer's brand column, as the listing requires. The badge SVG is self-hosted in public/badges: the CSP allows no third-party images, and hot-linking would send every visitor's IP to the directory. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The owner chose the directory's verbatim HTML over a self-hosted copy; makeitla.st is added to the CSP img-src. The landing test now counts anchor hrefs only, since React 19 emits a preload link for the image. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
