The existing qualification client covers short bursts and periodic resource checks. Add an explicit sustained mode that offers balanced Python CPU and Python/Node memory work from two fixed callers across three complete paced intervals.
The mode keeps one global request/execution budget, reserves pending signing attempts, bounds credential acquisition and rechecks admission before dispatch. Each result binds to a unique call nonce. Failures stop later admission, settle admitted work and clean returned objects using their owning caller. Existing modes retain their original limits. Per-interval receipts report allocation, latency, occupancy and coverage without claiming maximum capacity or a service SLO. The final interval wait rechecks the monotonic deadline after an early timer wake before reporting its duration.
Verification: the pinned Node 24 offline suite passes all 20 tests, including complete workload accounting, early timer wakes, missed intervals, concurrent failure settlement, caller-bound cleanup and credential deadlines. Formatting and diff checks pass. The focused static scan has no findings or errors. Dedicated source risk review, integrated final review and focused correction review pass. Source CI passed all 14 jobs. Merged CI also passed all fourteen jobs, including the twenty qualification cases. The automatic image build passed all seven image jobs. Operational acceptance and measurements are maintained privately under the plan. No deployed service or configuration changes are included. UI screenshots do not apply.
