…ibreChat-AI#360) A root registered by path alone (--worker-dir, --workspace, --environment) holds no descriptor, so write_file and import_file never created a missing parent there and reported NOT_FOUND. Yet the worker advertised import_file on every writable root, so LibreChat's first write of .librechat/attachments/.gitignore failed on such roots and no chat upload was ever copied. A write or import whose parent is missing now borrows a root descriptor for that one request and runs exactly as it does on a selected project root: mkdirat anchored to the held fd, root ancestry checked per level, rollback of directories an import created. A root the worker cannot hold by descriptor is no longer advertised import_file.

Adopt upstream stable v1.10.13 with its release ancestry. This brings workspace-import race fixes, extraction isolation improvements, response-close outcome accounting and Bun 1.4.4 while preserving the fork’s trust, logging, cancellation and GitOps behavior.
The patch ledger accounts for retained fork paths and records no new retirements. The optional extraction service remains outside the main deployment; the public execution contract is unchanged. The fork continues using upstream release versions plus commits and creates no stable tags or releases.
Validation: all fifteen hosted checks pass on
ede80a7, including both Node versions, guest images, native pipe/lifecycle lanes, arm64 build and extraction isolation. Local focused API checks passed, extraction format/type/unit/container checks passed, and all twenty-one qualification controls passed. Required source risk review, simplification and integrated Claude review are complete with no source findings. Local container prerequisite failures were resolved without source edits.Images and environment acceptance remain distinct gates in the release plan.
