.github/quality/, the standard the scheduled quality-review job audits against (roadmap and run log: #209):PRINCIPLES.md: 15 principles derived from the 2026-10-10 baseline audit. p1-t3 - Implement feature discovery and dependency resolution (topological sort) #4 (single-consumer capabilities) and p2-t2 - Add ServiceCollection extension to register IShellHost from IConfiguration #15 (ADRs instead of specs) are marked Proposed until the decisions in Decide: move CShells.Nuplane out of the core repo and adopt the single-consumer rule #178 and Replace specs/001-025 with about 10 short ADRs #191 are made.GLOSSARY.md: the target ubiquitous language, with keep/rename/merge/retire status per term.DECISIONS.md: proposals declined during the audit, so the job doesn't re-raise them.metrics.sh: size metrics (LOC, public types, tests, markdown) posted with every review run.README.md: how the review → triage → fix loop and its labels work.Also adds a short Quality Standard section to
