…their patch and minor updates, and the empty-Downloads toast gets real test coverage - Lockfile-only bumps from Renovate PR #309 (all ≥3 days old): `svelte` 5.57.0 → 5.57.1, `vite` 8.3.0 → 8.3.1, `@sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte` 7.3.0 → 7.3.1, `hono` 4.13.8 → 4.13.10, `knip` 6.36.0 → 6.38.0, `resend` 6.28.1 → 6.30.0, `wrangler` 4.134.0 → 4.142.0. `svelte`/`vite` resolve workspace-wide, so the desktop ships the new compiler too, and `THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md` + `third-party-packages.gen.json` are regenerated. - Why #309 was red: Svelte 5.57.1 compiles `LatestDownloadEmptyToastContent.svelte` differently, and the component was only ever mounted by its a11y test, never clicked, so its line coverage slipped to 66.7% (threshold 70%). New `LatestDownloadEmptyToastContent.test.ts` covers both buttons: "Go to Downloads" navigates then dismisses, "Dismiss" dismisses without navigating. - Supersedes Renovate PR #309.
