docs: update to geistdocs 1.8.0 and drop Flags from OSS dropdown#407

@vercel/geistdocsto 1.8.0 (adds the eve logo, drops Streamdown, moves AI Elements last) and overridenavbarOssProductsto exclude Flags SDK from its own nav dropdown.Dropdown is now: eve → AI SDK → Chat SDK → Workflow → AI Elements.
geistdocs only exposes
navbarOssProductsas a full replacement (no default-list filter), so the override mirrors 1.8.0's default order/heights minus the Flags entry.
