Center the horizontal bars in the Geist Sans yen sign across all masters. Add a patch changeset and align rebuilt Geist and Geist Mono source versions to 1.802.

It seems the problem hasn't been fully resolved; while #49 mentioned a fix in v1.100, I'm still seeing it in v1.800.
