Mary Kurt

I’m İrem, a founder and product builder working across product, growth, and human behavior.

I take ideas from early questions to working products, then build the brand, growth, and operating practices around them.

I’m the cofounder of Rota, where I lead product, mobile development, growth, and operations, and the founder of Productora, an AI-native growth studio.

Alongside these ventures, I pursue independent research into psychometrics, visual attention, and preference, and develop tools and frameworks for thinking and creative production.
