Tokenizers, multimodal client configs and the voyage-4-nano weights are moving from the voyageai org to MongoDB on Hugging Face. Centralize the org name in voyageai.util.HF_ORG and point all three lookups at it.

Do not merge until all
voyageai/*model repos are transferred toMongoDB. Until then this branch fails with 404 on tokenizer / client config / local model download. Currently onlyrerank-1is transferred.Old client versions keep working via HF's automatic redirect after transfer, as long as no new repo is created under the old
voyageai/<model>names.
