Fill the context of the ethdebug/format/program outputs with the contract's state variables in storage and transient storage. Each one is listed with its declaration and its type reference into the type resources; a variable whose pointer is closed, i.e. reads no name that is not bound within it, also carries the pointer, inlined from its template in the pointer resources. A template that expects parameters, such as a mapping's keys, stays in the resources for the consumer to instantiate, and its variable is listed without a pointer. The context variables of the schema now carry typed type specifiers and pointers instead of JSON, and the pointer analysis that decides whether a pointer is closed, freeNames(), lives next to the schema so that the Yul stage can use it to check pointers against generated code.
The deployed code holds a copy of an immutable's value wherever the code reads it. The runtime program now lists the immutables that have one, each with a code region covering the value in the first copy. Their types are added to the type table.
