README, deploy/mint/README, docs/POSTGRES.md and docs/tenant_keys.md said v10 was in the code but not deployed. It was deployed 2026-10-18 (main 3638995; see ~/jarvis-ledger/state/pre-v10-deploy-notes.txt): schema 10, control schema present, no tenants or keys, JARVIS_KEY_TENANTS/MULTI_TENANT/OAuth unset. tests/test_readme_status.py is updated to pin the new date.
