New Preview becomes the default in 12.1.1, not 12.1.0. Restore the 12.1.0 entry to its original opt-in text and add the "New Preview is now the default" entry, with the link to the blog post, to 12.1.1.

#334 added "New Preview is now the default" to the 12.1.0 release notes by mistake. The change ships in 12.1.1.
