Mise à jour d'actions/checkout dans ci.yml, plugin-release.yml et theme-release.yml : la v4 cible Node.js 20, déprécié sur les runners GitHub (avertissement à chaque publication). Épinglé par SHA (3d3c42e, v7.0.1).
Changements majeurs v5 à v7 sans effet ici : Node.js 24 (runners hébergés), identifiants dans un fichier séparé (persist-credentials: false partout), PR de fork bloquées en pull_request_target / workflow_run (non utilisés).
