tools-ref par défaut v1.4 dans plugin-release.yml et theme-release.yml, modèles @v1.4, documentation pour les nouveaux dépôts (section 11). Les dépôts existants sur @v1 / @v1.2 continuent de fonctionner et passent à @v1.4 en changeant une ligne de leur release.yml. wawp-updater et wawp-theme-updater inchangés. Tag v1.4 à poser après fusion.
