I noticed my other PR #771 was not passing the tests in appveyor, due to MSSQL problems.
This PR fixes the tests problems with MSSQL (that were not introduced by #771).
Since I was messing with the tests I also added Postgres to the testing suite, as I'm using it and it was also broken when I ran the tests with it locally.
I think the only big one not being tested yet is mysql.
