Support for QSFP+ (SFF-8024 CMIS) modules

This library is missing support for the latest SFF8024 CMIS type modules.

Ethtool has added support for these types of modules some time ago: https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/ethtool/-/commit/8ad503517b45d1a92ff69f6a4bd1e7c075fa2bc2

Are there plans to add support for the latest transceivers? Happy to help and test this, but can't allocate time to put a pull request :(

@kandrew this project is no longer maintained on our side. sorry about it, we know you said you cannot, personally, put some time for code contribution.

In any case, if someone else wants to fix this issue, PRs are still welcome and will be reviewed.
