changes are good but has merge conflicts
Add an enterprise option that includes all items that would be required. Update CMake build to match autotools. Added enterprise option. Added CI loops for configuration options. Add document that maps the OpenSSL configuration options to wolfSSL's. Checked against various versions of OpenSSL.

Description
Add an enterprise option that includes all items that would be required.
Update CMake build to match autotools. Added enterprise option.
Add document that maps the OpenSSL configuration options to wolfSSL's.
Checked against various versions of OpenSSL.
Testing
Tested enterprise option with autotools and CMake.
