[Wave 10] Run the full unit suite in demo CI #209
Description
Problem
demo CI runs format and build only, so the current two failing unit tests are invisible on pull requests.
Done when
- Run
pnpm test:unitas a required job. - Upload useful failure output without committing reports.
- Prove the job fails on an intentional assertion regression.
