CI fails on TypeScript and formatting. The PR also duplicates the sitemap generator as .mjs and .ts, while the dedupe test creates testEntries but never passes them to buildSitemapXml. Keep one production generator and test it with the duplicate fixture.

Merging develop did not resolve the earlier review. CI still fails on TypeScript and formatting, both sitemap generators remain, and testEntries is still unused. Please keep one production generator, pass the duplicate fixture into it, and get the build green.
