Ops: clean leftover remote branches after merged PRs #50 / #51 #52

Topic

User (悟空非空也g) asked to clean unnecessary GitHub branches (and uncommitted changes). This issue records remote-only cleanup on wukongnotnull/wukong-code. Local working-tree files were not used as the system of record for uncommitted work.

Searched first

Decisions

• Delete only remotes already merged into origin/main, or whose PRs docs: add GitHub issue and Projects collaboration rules #50 / docs: add Simplified Chinese product requirements document #51 merged.
• Do not delete main.
• Do not delete unmerged remotes that still have unique commits (even if an older PR on that branch was squash-merged).
• No product PR for this ops work.
• No spec files.
