fix: keep homepage RSS button right of identity on mobile - #110

Stop collapsing .blog-profile__top to one column under 600px so 「订阅 RSS」stays on the same row, right-aligned; keep smaller mobile avatar/title/RSS sizes and nowrap on the label. Sync SPEC, 项目解析, and CHANGELOG.
