So far, the first stage cuts down ~740K genomes down to 283K, but it remains to be seen whether galah can do the 283K in 48 hours. It still finishes the preclustering in a matter of minutes but just takes ages to iterate through the connections. |

Looks like galah 0.6.0 fixes my problem, I'll have a crack after the maintenance period |
