So we can use the latest API endpoints
Merge master into gbif-async
This breaks the issues form, but see #418 for a solution to that
Refactoring the search endpoint to be /taxons?q= - we should move to
this pattern for all searches.
Helper for import rake tasks.

As a light way to check for JS build and asset pipeline failures
