Collective Monitor particle monitoring requires mask of same length as the number of particles to be tracked.

The collective_monitor class, when using monitor_particle = True, requires to use the particle_monitor_mask, specifying which particles to monitor. However, the mask length must be the same as the total number of particles being tracked, so all the particles must be monitored.
