Add CPU TPSA map tracking based on madng-tpsa. Introduce ParticlesTpsa, a single 6D truncated-power-series map whose constant part is the reference orbit and whose linear/higher-order terms are propagated through Xtrack elements and lines. Support parametric maps, map coefficient inspection/editing, Jacobians, optics extraction, and conversion back to scalar Particles. Allow compatible element parameters to hold either scalar values or TPSA series. Add element enable/disable handling, descriptor consistency checks, and dedicated TPSA kernels for standalone element and line tracking. Refactor local-particle and kernel assembly code so scalar and TPSA paths share one accessor-oriented API while compiling appropriate C/C++ kernels. Load or build TPSA prebuilt kernels with the madng-tpsa library dependency. Extend matching with a native madng-tpsa backend and add TPSA-aware multi-element monitoring, including recording complete maps or selected monomial coefficients.
