twitter-cli has zero tests. Add pure unit tests (no network) for response parsing (internal/api getNestedJSON, parseResetTime), output formatting (internal/output formatCount/relativeTime/wordWrap), and types.Tweet.TweetURL.
Closing as done — backlog triage sweep (Paperclip SKYAA-22). Work landed on main; the issue was only left open because it existed as a commit reference.
