- Manage corporate training projects end-to-end within the PMO, from planning and scheduling through to final delivery.
- Support Technical Leads in designing upskilling, reskilling and hire-and-train programs, providing client insights and supporting documentation.
- Serve as the main client contact from requirements to delivery, collaborating with the Tech Experts to turn client needs into execution plan.
