Hey, I'm Zach 👋

Founder of Lagden Ltd. Based in Ascot, UK.

Your business shouldn't have to bend to fit its software.

Most businesses end up working around their tools: a CRM that almost fits, apps that don't talk to each other, a spreadsheet holding it together. I build the other way round — learn how the business actually runs, then build the software around that. CRMs, client portals, booking systems, and the internal tools a team lives in.

What I'm building

Lagden Ltd — custom software for businesses: the systems they run on, built to fit how they already work. → lagden.dev

Business systems, before that — I co-founded DigiGrow at 16 and built what it ran on: Helm, the company's own operating system (tasks, projects, SOPs, knowledge and chat), and the outreach platform its 40+ sales reps worked in every day. Private repos; the story is at zachlagden.uk.
