Hi! We prepared a complete ru-RU localization of the ZCode desktop UI: all ~7000 catalog strings translated with a consistent glossary, plus infra changes (Locale type, language switcher, settings schemas, native menu, Finder/Explorer context menus, builtin skill descriptions). A parity test guarantees ru-RU ↔ en-US key/placeholder sync.

Fork branch ready: phantom447-eng/ZCode feat/ru-ru-locale (PR creation from this account currently fails with a permissions error — please check if PRs from outside contributors are restricted; happy to re-send).

We are ready to maintain the translation going forward. Спасибо!

    Update — root cause found. The compare page reports:

    An owner of this repository has limited the ability to open a pull request to users that are collaborators on this repository.

    So outside PRs are disabled by policy on zai-org/ZCode. The contribution itself is ready and public:

    • Fork branch: phantom447-eng/ZCode @ feat/ru-ru-locale (commit bc607a2c, 25 files, +7148/−25)
    • Direct compare: zai-org/ZCode@main...phantom447-eng:ZCode:feat/ru-ru-locale
    • What's inside: full ru-RU catalog (6984 keys + 2 security messages), Locale/switcher/schemas infra, native menu & context menus, builtin skill descriptions, ru→en fallbacks for marketing/billing/feedback subsystems, ru↔en key & placeholder parity test. Typecheck clean, unit tests pass.
