Removes the redundant "Цифровой двойник" label from the shared header across all six workspaces. The AI hero is now "Анализ ИИ"; forecast controls and queue table labels use plain Russian, name the expected queue size explicitly, and state whether places run out within the selected period.
The calculation-assumptions disclosure remains unchanged: the brief does not require a dedicated block, but it explains the conditions behind simulated business-effect comparisons.
Validation: npm run check passed, including typecheck, 192 tests, and both production builds. GitHub Pages deployment succeeded; its actual published JavaScript bundle contains all new labels and no longer contains the old hero, top-bar label, or table terms. This changes display text only; the forecast calculations and access controls are unchanged. Browser inspection was unavailable because the local browser tool could not initialize.
