What this changes
Updates the docs now that the escrow contract is deployed to Stellar testnet.
README.md: the status note now says "testnet preview", stating that the contract is deployed but the web app doesn't call it yet. The roadmap item for Deploy the escrow contract to testnet and document the contract id #3 is ticked.contracts/README.md: the Status section says the contract is deployed to testnet.Docs only, no code changes. The contract ID isn't recorded, by request.
