Users should be able to specify lightpanda as the browser via --browser=lightpanda the same way they are able to do for firefox or chromium (chrome). This should prompt basi to try to download the user's OS compatible build for LightPanda browser, if one exists. It should then run the tests using light panda, with appropriate warnings on which features aren't supported.
