Add Chinese and English posts announcing Zvec v0.8.0, covering platform support, embedded Jieba resources, index construction and memory improvements, query performance, correctness fixes, and upgrade notes. Include a v0.8.0 cover matching the existing release series and reference it from both posts.
Validation: both complete MDX documents compile, their section structures match, and both cover references resolve to the included PNG. Staged whitespace checks pass.
