fix(hot): re-export HotError and fix try_init return handling in fuzz target (#1185)

Summary

Fixes the compile error in callora-hot-fuzz by publicly re-exporting HotError from callora_hot and matching the Result returned by client.try_init(...) without a trailing semicolon.

Key Changes

• contracts/hot/src/lib.rs:
  • Changes use errors::HotError; to pub use errors::HotError; so downstream crates and fuzz targets can import callora_hot::HotError.
• contracts/hot/fuzz/targets/main.rs:
  • Returns client.try_init(&admin, &signer, &Some(FUZZ_COOLDOWN)) from the closure in HotOp::DoubleInit and matches Ok(Err(Ok(e))) against HotError::AlreadyInitialized.
  • Tracks unpaused_in_window across HotOp::Pause / HotOp::Unpause / HotOp::Advance to assert that unpausing after a pause cannot succeed twice within the same cooldown window.
