Keep the backlog status aligned with issue #443.

This entry marks #443 done, but the linked GitHub issue remains open. Keep it unchecked under Open until the change ships and the issue closes, or update both records together at that point. (github.com)

As per coding guidelines, “when an item ships and its issue closes, check the box (or move it to Done) here so neither side drifts.”

Update the backlog entry for issue #443 by moving it from Done to Open and
marking it unchecked while the linked issue remains open. Change its status
only; keep the issue description and link intact.

a unique prefix of a git push long option is read as that option (`--al`/`--bra` are `--all`,
`--mirr` is `--mirror`); a glob refspec, on the command line or in `remote.<name>.push`, is judged
against the local refs its source matches, mapped to the destination. Fails open to the literal
destination.

## [Unreleased]

### Fixed
- **The repo-scoped push rules see unique-prefix push options and glob refspecs
([#443](https://github.com/CryptoJones/omind/issues/443)).** git takes any
unique prefix of a long option, so `git push --al origin` is `--all` and
`git push --mirr origin` is `--mirror`; the rules read them as a bare push of
the checked-out branch, and a push from `feature/x` reached a public `main`.
Push options now resolve by unique prefix over git push's own long options
(`policy._long_prefixes`); an ambiguous prefix (`--a`) stays a plain flag.
- A refspec holding `*` (`'refs/heads/*:refs/heads/*'`, `'*:*'`) is judged
against every local ref its source matches, by full refname as git matches
it, mapped to the destination. A configured `remote.<name>.push` glob is
judged the same way for a bare `git push`. Negative (`^`) refspecs are
skipped. When git cannot list refs, the destination is read literally, as
before.

Authorization Bypass

Reachability: External
Exploitability: Moderate
CWE: CWE-863 — Incorrect Authorization

Include remote branches that --prune will delete.

If local main is absent but remote main exists, git push --prune origin 'refs/heads/*:refs/heads/*' can delete remote main. This lookup returns only destinations mapped from existing local refs, so _judge misses that deletion and allows the push under the public-main rule. Carry the --prune option into glob resolution and include affected remote destinations, as mirror resolution already does for deletions. (git-scm.com)

Update the glob-resolution path in `_judge` to account for remote destinations

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Apply negative refspecs to positive glob matches.

For git push origin 'refs/heads/*:refs/heads/*' '^refs/heads/main', Git excludes main from the push. This branch drops the exclusion, then _glob_branches includes local main. The public-main rule therefore denies a push that does not target main. Keep the negative source patterns and filter expanded refs before judging their destinations. Apply the same rule to configured push refspecs at src/omind/rules.py Lines 473–478. (git-scm.com)

Update the refspec handling around the token.startswith("^") check to retain
negative source patterns and apply them to refs expanded from positive glob
matches before evaluating destinations. Apply the same exclusion behavior in the
configured push-refspec handling associated with _glob_branches, preserving the
public-main rule’s decision based on the filtered refs.
