The canonical acceptance runbook stopped at V5 while source already supports V10, V11 and V12. Document the explicit selected-policy/predecessor mapping, retained sealed history and unknown liabilities, preparation/binding APIs and existing identity selection. Each replacement needs fresh acceptance evidence; this documentation grants no automatic retries, replacement authorization or paid calls.
Addresses documentation reviews on PR #253, #255 and #257. Only docs and its bound corpus version changed. PR #266 merged into codex/refusal-provenance-labels at6203d709de7416e96ba4bb08bdfe356cf745e446 after PR #265 completed its CI and merged. This is task-branch delivery, not main acceptance.
Current head 05d9c43: diff whitespace passes; source inspection confirms V10→sealed V9, V11→sealed V10, V12→sealed V11 and the explicit prepare_period → bind_prepared → authorized activate sequence. Remote corpus verification passed (11 tests, 0.62s); independent Spec and Standards reviews both APPROVE this final head. No period creation, activation, halt/reset or model call occurred. This does not complete formal U02/U03/U04 acceptance.
