Propagate the reviewed U02 corrections onto their own pre-U03 branch so the old review stack can receive the fixes without pulling in the separately gated U03 database slice. Preserve independent authorized queries before submission clarification, trusted fragment provenance in both model passes, disjoint judging behavior and shared provenance-label refusal checks. Include the canonical V10–V12 preparation/binding/explicit activation runbook and its branch-specific corpus pin.
Only nine source/test/documentation files differ from f047619. U03 database evidence, dependency upgrades and unrelated CI changes remain in their existing delivery branches. No authorization, accounting policy, raw artifact or formal verdict is altered.
Final head 0b511a3: scoped diff whitespace passes. Independent Spec and Standards reviews both APPROVE this final commit. Remote deepseek/answer/boundary/entry/formal-gate/corpus regression passed 359 tests in28.68 seconds. Exact-head CI38110221731 completed SUCCESS. PR #268 merged into codex/guard-network-diagnostics at eec00b2. AST graph update remains running. No paid model calls or period activation. Formal U02/U03/U04 acceptance remains incomplete.
