The welcome surfaces under-reported (DEC-28 cuts both ways): status.yml still showed Stage 7 not-started and gate_passed false, and the Home hero badge said 'Stage 6 built · Stage 7 next', while Stage 7 has been built and demonstrated and the SPEC-15 gate harness (tests/gate.test.ts, G1-G6 + oracles) runs green in CI. Corrected together (build-site.ts asserts the label match): stage 7 done, gate_passed true, badge 'All stages built · gate passed', SPEC-15 status line updated, and an updates entry recording the correction.
